this is very pretty and fits as described. Im not a "skinny" girl bu this still fit. the max length is about 14.5" from clasp to last adjustable ring. I got this for a vampire halloween outfit and it looks amazing with it. This also came fast and was here faster than I expected, 8 days after I purchased it.
