these were just what i was looking for. the sears store here closed and i had to go searching onthe internet and i found them and they work great.

Great product at half the retail price, these filters remove the taste and odor from the water. I am a plumber by trade and these are very good filters😃😃😃
Ahh clean water again, at last!
Price was competitive, goods arrived as scheduled, and installation was simple. I don't know how much I am supposed to say, but I can tell you these were cheaper than ordering the "Kenmore" brand from Sears, yet they are identical (if you don't care much for the label itself). It's cheaper buying two at a time. It's been several months since I purchased, and the green light on my fridge means the filter is not yet ready for a change. So, I can't speak to the shelf life but then again that will depend on how much water you take from the dispenser. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5.
